We offer several different hosting packages through a third party vendor with whom we have several dedicated servers. This allows us to offer much higher quality technology to our clients than what we could offer if we hosted everything in-house.
Will I be able to switch web designers down the road?
Although we have excellent client retention, we recognize that sometimes it is necessary to switch services. That is why we ensure that our clients have access to all the information they need and all the files on their website. You can terminate your agreement with us any time within the confines of our contract.
Do you outsource your work?
No. All of our work for all of our services is done in-house by local Pittsburgh web designers and marketers, as is all of our customer service and support.
How long does it take to get a finished website?
